I got the same exact message. It is very disappointing indeed. Somehow I kind of knew that this would happen. I have been expecting my shipment for a month and a half and you know that something is not right when customer service starts sending e-mail updates giving explanation of the delay. I purchased 2 and I am being offered a full refund even though keeping the cd's and cassettes. This is all BS, all they wanted was to get the sales reflected on the charts. Shame on whoever came up with this strategic scam.

Mine was also cancelled. Now I wonder if the entire order will be refunded? I highly doubt it. They claim it has been issued which if it had would have shown up in my paypal overview even if it wasn't deposited yet. And for our inconvenience they are sending an unsigned Lockdown sessions cd. Who wants that? When you already have 2 or 3 from this scam.

I have no doubt that they have no scruples and will still try and rip some of us off which is why I looked into my paypal account. The art card had no value so I am wondering what they are going to try and slip by.

I knew this was going to happen. It is UMG after all and the reason I asked to return everything 6 weeks ago. I knew I wouldn't get the signed card and that they would try and pull some kind of partial refund scam. So now it is kind of wait and see because I will not let this rest until I get every cent back. Fortunately I have a string of emails saved.

I was wary of that since I received the cassettes and noticed they had included a specified invoice with values for the cassettes. $14.98 a piece plus shipping. The order of course only mentioned a bundle price.
