Is this Mickey Mantle autograph real ?

Hi All, 

I recently saw this Mickey Mantle autographed picture and looking to see if it is real. It’s in  a little rough shape .

All opinions are very appreciated

The photo is way too small. You can find out if it's clearly bad from a mile away from that pic but no one can reliably tell you if it's likely real. Please post a large one.

You can just add the larger photo in a reply. Just to be clear though you need to get a large clear photo. You can’t make one out of the old one.

Watch for condition - appears rough w staining, rip/tear etc. as those things will have a negative impact on value.

Just don't pay full value or close - it is not rare by any means. It should be discounted for the flaws. Even some ink is missing from the signature.
