(scroll down)

Prints are co-signed by the artist.

Choose from Don Henley, Jimmy Buffett, Bette Midler, Tom Hanks, Whoopi Goldberg.

Not cheap at $200 each. Prints are 11.25″ x 22.5″, all feature same nature image

I think these may have been up a while, I just happened to stumble onto them. Looks like about 20 or so of Buffett left.

“The Walden Woods Project preserves the land, literature and legacy of Henry David Thoreau to foster an ethic of environmental stewardship and social responsibility. The Project achieves this mission through the integration of conservation, education, research and advocacy.

Founded in 1990 by recording artist Don Henley, the Project uses the land it has protected in Walden Woods to foster an ethic of environmental stewardship and social responsibility, both cornerstones of Thoreau’s philosophy.”

Thanks.

Looks like a nice print and everything but I am not clear about the limitation - is it 2500 in total or per celeb?

Also, there is a link to Don Henley, of course, but I don't see the connection to random celebs and would not purchase one of those. Unless they are Patrons of the charity, e.g. and there is some paperwork to confirm that.

$200 is not unreasonable, if so,

Not sure about the limitation, I wondered the same thing. I don’t have any reason to think these aren’t legit- I think all of those listed have been involved with this cause in the past (1991 book Heaven Under Our Feet - A Book for Walden Woods lists most of them on the cover as contributors). I think they’ve done this in the past with other celebrities as well. Says hand-signed by each celebrity on the artist’s website and comes with COA from the charity that may offer more info/provenance. Maybe some Googling or reaching out to the charity would answer some questions or ease your concerns.

Apparently they had Jack Nicholson ones too. A little more info:

Yeah, I noticed that too…also Kirstie Alley. Looks like the charity promoted this on Instagram in 2021 and listed everyone but those two (I guess they went fast). Surprised Henley is still there. Looks like Buffett down to five. Can’t get an accurate stock on the others. The way I read the artist’s page, looks like total signed/numbered print edition is 2500 so I guess they were divided among the celebrities. Still can’t find when this originated.

The Jimmy Buffett version seems to be sold out
