ANOTHER "The Auto Scouts" eBay scammer rickevery13 MLB forgeries

Imagine that, another account selling these same $2 forgeries. This is eBay thief rickevery13 with the same horrific forgeries I've exposed 100x and every day.

http://www.ebay.com/sch/rickevery13/m.html?item=121192779873&pt...

ONLY WANNABE AUTOGRAPH COLLECTORS BUY THIS CRAP. NOTICE THE "HORRIBLE" PICTURES (ON PURPOSE) AND THE "COMES WITH COA" BLAND DESCRIPTION. 100% EBAY SCAMMER.

This forgery ring just makes me SICK, and nothing is being done about it. Without eBay, they do not survive...

Look at this "picture":

LOL

Report this moron, I'm sure he'll have a new eBay ID tomorrow.

I love these topics. They never listen, while I understand if truly ripped off feeling anger but why do they always threaten a lawsuit? And why is it they always say I been collecting for years? As if that somehow makes them an expert?

If I went to a vintage car forum filled with knowledgeable people and shown off my new find a vintage 1957 Chevy and EVERYONE says its a replica meant to deceive a buyer I wouldnt then say " I have been driving for years and bought many cars, I know what I am talking about I am suing everyone". I would literally check to see if they know what the are talking about. And if shown I was wrong I would admit it. Always seems hard to admit when completly wrong, like this topic here.

But I must admit this is a first i heard of EBAY standing by it since he bought it there, yeah good luck with that. I had a buddy buy a forged signature from a dealer that dealer got banned, the buyer then tried to sell the ball and he was banned. He said look at the feedback he sold it to me, please get me my money back, they banned him.

LoL so true. It's the same BS everytime. All you can do is laugh at these morons.

The only thing I would really like to change about discussions like this is the name calling.  You know how I get about that. O_o It's something I told Steve I would work on, and we were doing really well lol.

People who sell forgeries and don't own up to it, already make themselves look like the names being called, its not necessary to actually say the words.  I know, but it feels good - because it makes people very angry to watch someone make money (steal) off of innocent people who don't know any better.

It makes the forum look bad however.   Just keep it in mind please.  :)  (and thanks)

I'm probably one of the biggest offenders of the name calling and when it so damned rightly deserved and earned by boobs, just like this guy, I won't stop. I can't stop unless I'm banned for calling a nut...a nut. And you really wouldn't hurt my feeling in the least.

Fudd your one of our best - banning would never happen.  All I'm asking is that we all keep it in mind.  My biggest concern is how it looks to outsiders or newbies coming into the hobby of collecting, or just joining our site, and that's it.  It's been noted in the past that we have had people not wanting to post on the forum for fear of how their post would be taken.  And that's what I want to prevent if I can.  I have no problem with people actually feeling like you do.  I totally agree with it.  One of the best discussions I think we've had recently involved the whole Tom Polacco deal, and honestly he got "owned" without having a ton of name calling.

Any who, just keep it in mind.  You are all very valuable in my opinion on this forum, and I appreciate you all (those who help with the forgery posts).

I agree, no need to name call as most of these people embarrass themselves enough without us having to say a word. I do use "moron" quite often but try to only use that when talking about buyers of forgeries in general.

Few things funnier than Fudd calling someone a "boob" tho... LOL.

Here is another autoscouts Coa from seller luvmygirls0609.  Selling a David Ortiz forgery.

Yup

Positive I forgot to post the link.  But I`m positive that was the sellers ID.  It sold.   Look at the completed listings Will.

That's the correct ID, I've posted about this person before in another thread:

http://live.autographmagazine.com/forum/topics/beware-of-world-wide...

I fear I may be another victim... I received the David Ortiz ball (pictured below) and after some research on triplecrownauthentics from eBay on this site... I haven't heard good things. Opinions on the autograph? The loops look off and there were some inconsistencies with the transaction... Currently trying to get a refund.

I do not believe this Ortiz is authentic.
