Found these on ebay UK. The signatures bear too many similarities in my opinion. The slight variation can be caused by shifting the autopen machine a little.

I saw much more variation in the US offers. It wouldn't be the first time we see a mix of real and autopen ones. Ozzy comes to mind.

Those are not autopen. Literally every single signature has variations and it looks nothing like an autopen.

Ozzy did that. But I was told the one album in 2020, all of them were not real. Bob Dylan sold his book signed and people called him out because it was in fact a pre-print if memory serves me right. So many people don't know about this and will think they have the real deal. Of course it will be all over eBay at high prices which I am avoiding. People are still waiting for their orders and will compare theirs to mine. The thing is I read a post on Reddit and the person said he probably used 11 different signatures for slight variations with the auto pen. Simply a guess, but still. I am going to do a refund next week.  I don't want a fake. Not worth my time or my money. I hope people call him out on it. I hope he apologizes or at least owns up to it.  I'm surprised I was smart enough to question it since I have only one art card. Something felt off and so I posted elsewhere and immediately I was told it was an AP. I belong to 3 forums and everyone so far has told me it is an AP. So many people duped. My guess is there are no real ones. Not unless you were at the signing yesterday. I knew nothing about it. But I wouldn't have wanted to go even if I did. Costly and complete madness and chaos. We don't need that here. It's like that on a daily basis. Keep it out in Hollywood.

Yeah, appreciate you posting about it here…yours was the first I heard about it (I also saw your last post a couple pages back with the Reddit link, appreciate it). Quite a few autopens have played out on here, most notably Ozzy, Van Morrison, of course Dylan who used like 17 different templates…also Dolly Parton used multiple templates. I haven’t looked through enough examples on this one to see how widespread the issue may be or extent of variations but sucks regardless to know they are out there.

I am part of two other forums where folks snatched them up and people are waiting for their orders to arrive and they will compare theirs to mine. Where mine shipped from is an hour drive from me so I received it quickly once it shipped.  I honestly thought it was real. I looked at it and at first I thought it was a pre print. I held it up to the light and saw live in and then it hit me something was off. You can look for older signatures but I don't even know if those are real unless someone met him just yesterday and obtained it in person. The moment I posted people said it was an auto pen. An autograph friend of mine studies forensics and specifically handwriting. They are waiting for their two art cards to arrive. They will compare theirs to mine. It was suggested to me to speak to people who were ripped off by Bob Dylan to find out how to go about making a return and making it factual. I just have to figure out how while stating my case and getting a full refund. I remembered New Year's Eve, the movie. I thought of Katherine Heigl's character slapping Jon across the face and hard. I laughed, pulled it up on YouTube, and that's exactly what I want to do. LOL!  It's one thing if I wasn't cautious on eBay. It's one thing if I wrote a letter and got an auto pen reply. It's not okay to trust his website and get ripped off. Nowhere in the listing did it state pre print, auto pen, stamped, secretarial, or even saying something like a copy of his signature. I would have avoided it all together. I know I sound like I'm a broken record but I'm hurt. I was duped by eBay sellers in the late 90s and early 2000s. I've been fooled through the mail. This is a band's website. I would have thought I was purchasing something real and they would be honest instead of deceitful.

Now to figure out how to make a return and make it known to them at the same time, crystal clear, that it is not Jon who signed it, but a bunch of machines and I want my money back and they can have their CD and fake signed art card. I didn't want the CD, just the signed art card. So much for that.

Lol, I hear you! Yeah, I’m waiting on my CD to arrive and should be shortly (I see you’re in Nashville, I’m in Murfreesboro…looking like we probably should’ve gone to that  signing yesterday at Grimey’s lol).

Many people on here including myself were duped by the Dylan thing and I feel confident that this will get resolved/ refunded if it’s a widespread issue (largely due to the fuss that will be created on here and elsewhere on social media, but not always the case). You may go ahead and alert his site that you’ll be seeking a refund, but we may want more examples to surface for a definitive case.

Has anyone matched two exact signatures yet to confirm even one auto pen style? I am confused as to why some feel that these are auto pens.

Both of the ones that I think look close were signed partly in the dark areas, I’ve tried to lighten them up:

These two definitely look a little suspicious, I'll be interested to see if any more like that are found

Yeah me too…I looked a bit on eBay but didn’t see any others yet. I think most are still waiting on theirs.

Now I am wondering if the 2020 album that included signed inserts are good. Never heard anything about them being bad, but should those be looked at a little closer now?

Those 2 do look similar, all mine and the 8 on the previous page are all different.

Are these the smaller cards?
