I got an awsome autograph picture ttm from actress leslie anne down.
Been a while since my last baseball TTM success. The 'Ole Professor's mail today had a nice one from Andy Ashby. Andy was a 2-time National League All-Star in 1998 and 1999 with the Padres, and was a key member of their 1998 National League Championship team. On June 15, 1991, as a rookie, he became the 24th pitcher ever to strick out 3 batters on 9 pitches.
Hi all! I've been getting some sweet ttms this weekend, but my wife has our camera in CT! I'll get them posted for you all on Monday!
I did get one disappointment. Giants punter, Sean Landetta, sent my cards back unsigned and used my sase. Grrr.
I got return to senders from goldie hawn and dorothy hamill. i got autographs ttm from ed asner and dale dye.
Great returns everyone! When I first joined AML! when this site first launched, the first autograph I remember getting using this site was Ed Asner. Thanks for the memories, Bob!
Today, I got 2 really nice autographs, one I have been wanting since 1991! First, I got the autograph of former Georgia Tech tennis star, and current University of Florida men's tennis coach, Bryan Shelton. As an 19 year old, he won the U.S. Amateur Tennis championship, and was one of the top doubles players in the ACC in the mid 1980's. Bryan was named an All-American in 1988, and came within 1 match of capturing the 1992 French Open mixed doubles title with Lori McNeil when they lost in the championship match to Todd Woodbridge and Arantxa Sanchez Vicario. He would later coach the Georgia Tech women's tennis team to the 2007 NCAA National Championship.
Then, the long awaited one. Eddie Anderson is LEGEND in the annals of football in the state of Georgia. He was a star for Warner Robins High School in the early 1980's, which at the time was one of the top high school football programs in the United States. He went on to Fort Valley State University, where he would amass 26 career interceptions in just 4 years, and win the SIAC Defensive Player of the Year award. He was drafted by the Seahawks in 1986, and would land with the Raiders in 1987, with whom he would play for until he retired in 1998. While with the Raiders, he would set a team record with a 102-yard interception return for a touchdown in 1992. I use to read about this guy as a kid in the Macon Telegraph on Sunday mornings, from his high school days, all the way through the pros, and always wanted his autograph on the football card I got of him in 1991. Now I have it. So grateful.
Right back at you jeffrey! Nice autos russ and adam! ed anser is one of my all time favorite actors as well!
I got an autograph ttm from actress beth broderick.
