I don't think it's an autopen, but I don't think it's real. Let's see what others have to say.

It was mailed to me by his assistant

If you got it from his assistant, and it's not real or an autopen, it's secretarial. That means signed by an assistant or employee.

That's probably what it is, now that you tell me the source.
