Hi all-
Hope this finds you well at this time.
I was wondering if those who might be familiar with Frank Sinatra's signature over
various periods of time might look at this one that I am attaching. It's a contract
between Sinatra and Bing Crosby Enterprises for Frank to appear on Bing's radio
show in March 1954. To me, it's a great association with Bing and the appearance
of the two together. Overall, it looks good to me, although the "S" from this time period is a bit different
than exemplars I found in a couple of Sinatra studies I have been looking at.
Still, a contract is a legal document and certainly would seem to bear weight as to authenticity.
I don't know if he had authorized secretaries to sign contracts for him or not at this time.
The variance in the shades of the two pages of the contract is due to a scanner glitch.
Anyhow, thanks in advance for any light you can shed on this one.
