I would contact PayPal and explain the situation and see if you can revise your claim. if not, You probably should accept delivery on Monday

I refused delivery on mine Thursday & now FedEx has delivery rescheduled for Monday. I already filed claim with Payapal. I also emailed S&S at 3 different contacts requesting refund. Not sure whether or not to accept delivery on Monday.

Accept delivery on monday and just stick to your guns it is not as described - there is more than enough proof on here and will be more to come.
