Anyone have an idea of the best way to handle this? Here is their contact page, ive waited long enough for a response. Ill start harassing them on a continual basis starting tomorrow

I called the # listed on the contact page, straight to "no representative is available to help you at this time" and it hung up. I'd start emails, Twitter and Instagram msgs every few hrs everyday until an actual human responds. You've been more than patient with them. Sounds like they screwed up quite a few orders. Also start a credit card dispute to recoup the unsent item charge?
