I was just talking with Rich the other day about how we could return the "Musician Direct Autograph Sales" link back to  being solely for MUSICIANS...and you did it !!! Kudos

(and now no more Authors, Politcians, Movie/TVActors, Directors, Sports figures etc. in MUSICIAN Direct !!!

Not true yet Jimmy James.. This only took care of BOOKS.  We still need at least 1 more category for CELEBRITY or miscellaneous. Items signed on other things besides books. There are many celebrities who list signed photos and items on websites which are never mentioned in this forum other than buried posts where no one can ever find them

Jason H, we can do that. How do you picture it? They have to be celeb-direct, not through private signing dealers.

Thanks for the reply back about this Steve. I imagine direct website links. I do not want you to promote signings from conventions or places like SWIU or Galacycon at all. They do enough promoting on their own. 

Could this be the same format as direct music sales? Where each celebrity would get their own post?

Just an example. Lots of others. I am no longer a collector of sports items but I remember years ago there were a few out there for athletes. Not sure if you would want to combine both categories.. maybe others can chime in if a separate athlete category would also be worth the effort?

Would another category with similar format be made for autographs thru the mail successes and failures? I would really love to get back into it but do not want to join places like startiger. I'd rather stay on here and have this as my all in 1 station for everything autographs. It would be fun seeing mail successes from other members and researching their authenticity together

Thanks, Jason, that's what it'll be. No private signing dealers. Just direct from the celeb or their agent, etc.

I can't tell you how excited I am about this. Thanks Steve. Its something I was mentioning a lot years ago but it never gained traction so I gave up fighting for it. Probably should have talked directly to you instead of other members. I was new on this site and didn't know how things worked back then. Either way, im so glad it might finally be added now.
