Hello everyone! I am just now getting into building a music collection, and have for the past couple years tried to get some albums autographed by the bands that I would go and see at our Summer Concert Series in Woodstock, GA. Lots of people collect autographs of the Presidents. There are lots of things you have to watch out for – secretary, autopen, etc. Oh, there’s also the guy that bought an autographed picture of the White House, signed by Presidents, Vice Presidents, First Ladies…yet the charity selling it got it from Charity Fundraising Packages – which deals in forged items.

I was all prepared to write the latest blog on this guy here in San Diego (well, Solana Beach) that keeps popping up in the news. Last time, it was for selling Hitler’s desk. This time it’s Hitler’s uniform (shirt, hat, medals), as well as stationery and other items. He bought these from a Long Beach collector for $1 million, and hopes to make over $3.5 million.
