They packaged international orders better, correct??
Thanks for the confirmation, much appreciated. I always pay for consolidation and extra padding, otherwise everything arrives destroyed.
It always depends on who's packing. Sometimes they use boxes that are way too big and of questionable quality. I've received boxes that nearly fell apart on my doorstep. The extra padding didn't help much in that case. Or they just casually throw in your signed art cards like it's a commercial flyer.
In this case I'd advice to instruct them to keep the original box (envelope) of all the items and consolidate them into a bigger box. Otherwise they discard all outer packaging to lower the total volume. It might cost a bit more shipping but at least you have the extra protection of the envelope.
Mine also arrived today, and I am also "mostly" happy with it.
Mine has one noticeably bent corner. Otherwise it's pretty nice.
I plan to send a polite letter to the charity with some suggestions on packaging. They at least could have used the Priority Mail cardboard document mailer instead of the bubble mailer.
His pen was wearing out a bit by the time he signed mine and he gave up on the last name before he got to the "er".
That is terrible. I emailed them today to see if they sent mine yet. No response yet. Not to nervous yet. Everyone seems to have been getting them except me. Oh well. I waited this long.
I’m in the US and haven’t received mine. I politely emailed a few days ago but no response. I get this is for a great cause and charity, but with the inexplicable delay, poor communication and terrible packaging, this has been a total #%itshow.
I’m in the US and haven’t received mine either. Also contacted them with no response yet.
Funny how I made two enquiries before I ordered and started the monthly payments they replied within a few hours each time….
I'm in the UK and ordered two, one to my mail box in the USA and one direct to the UK not received either yet.
I'm probably not going to be very popular with my comment but whoever is selling their copy on ebay is a Scrooge. How can one benefit from auctioning a charity item is beyond my imagination.
If 100% went back to the charity that would be OK but this is ugly profiteering.
Shame on you “Christopher” – whoever you are – hope you get what you deserve.
