Ebay Seller Rubio210_0 500 Homerun Club Mickey Mantle Autographed Baseball Hilarious Forgeries Gotta Read

Check out the below set of ugly, putrid-looking and hilarious set of "500 Homerun Club" forgeries listed by Ebay seller Rubio210_0.

The below set of poorly-executed and ugly "500 Homerun Club (Mickey Mantle, Reggie Jackson, Hank Aaron, Ted Williams, etc)" listed by Ebay seller Rubio210_0 come with an interesting item description.

Ebay seller Rubio210_0 writes "Please do not let the lack of a COA deter from bidding on this awesome ball."

That is hilarious.....

But, Ebay seller Rubio210_0 also writes "Real collectors know these are legit signatures."

That is even more hilarious!!!!

This is why sellers of forgeries list crap like this on EBay; they know the suckers and wannabe autograph collectors will purchase their forgeries.

And that's why Ebay has profited millions from the sales of forgeries for the past twenty years!!!

And as long as Ebay continues to allow sellers of forgeries to pollute our autograph hobby, we will continue to expose them.

Here are those ugly "500 Homerun Club" forgeries listed by Ebay seller Rubio210_0.

these are the worst set of 500 HR ball signatures I have ever seen. congratulations.

You really have to wonder how many collections are filled with junk like this. It must be tens of thousands... if not even more...

Easily tens of thousands, Steve.

With all of the wannabe autograph collectors and suckers on EBay, the scammers know their garbage will sell.

Congratulations are in order for Ebay seller Rubio210_0 for selling the ugliest set of "500 Homerun Club" forgeries I have ever seen.

PSA/DNA has made another monumental authentication error. A Cobb item appearing on eBay for the past few weeks as an alleged cut signature of Cobb that was certified authentic and graded in one of PSAs air tight encapsulated holders was just pulled by eBay’s Fraud Investigation Team.

Bear , I was under the impression by comments on this site, that Ebay does not pull forgeries. If you are correct ,it appears a little work will make this possible.

Ebay does pull forgeries, for some reason they dont pull as many as they used to. The easy answer to this is they profit and they dont care. I usually try to be polite but this scumbag seller should be locked up for fraud. This is the worst of Ebay.

Ian, I understand what you are saying here about Ebay.I think at times ,people will bring to Ebay's attention a bad item and get rejection in return.I feel the result is that the complaint is just dropped.Persistance with anything will get results. One or two collectors might not be able to accomplish what they want to do but a group of collectors together in one force might get some attention.

Don, I think if you continually get them to look at different aspects of an item it might get results. But how many people besides the few on this site really care? I've got so much stuff that i want to sell but I'm debating if I just spend the $10 to have the quick opinion on everything just to ease the mind of a possible buyer. I really don't wanna send the items to a third party as I know their real and don't wanna spend thousands, so you everyone suggest just doing that or giving the buyer the choice of me doing that?
Ian you are correct they don't care as they are pulling in millions a day and as I've had an item taken down as being fake yet they allowed someone to sell it to me...heck I had a toy gun from the 50's taken down because it didn't have an orange cap on it! Anyways they said they didn't have the resources and I said I could use a job! Their are way to many bs cards/fakes and coa's out there that need to be taken down and reassessed. Heck now theirs people making their own baseball cards and selling them on there!

Just like theirs currently a cut with Maris, mantle, and Ruth up. Yeah it's from UD but who knows that it's real? What's sad is they buy a bat and then cut it into pieces all to make a baseball card! They ruin pieces of history
They do pull what they deem as fake. Even with authentication however it's all escalated typically by someone bringing it to ebays attention. As I've said in another thread they did that to something I had originally purchased off eBay that came with coa. And to the guy who gets his undies in a bundle....it was a pair of shoes authenticated by a reputable company!
eBay actually does work? They told me they don't have enough people to look at everything! Guess sales have been down for them! :)

I think it's a good thing that these "opinions" are getting what they deserve. Everyone thinks just cause Tom dick and Harry says its legit its legit. That's like people saying scoreboard was providing fakes well whose to say any of the other top companies aren't doing the same?

You truley have NO idea what you are talking about. Scoreboard didnt provide fake COAs. Any forger WITH A PRINTER was providing them to themselves and the forgeries they were producing. I assume you are stuck on scoreboard (in nearly every damn topic now) because you got burt being uneducated and now feel the need to point this out every chance. Well all its doing every time you bring this up is show in fact how little you know about anything autograph related. Learning about scoreboard is pretty much day 1 off the boat lessons.

Maybe learn what you are talking about before getting mad at being very very wrong. It would help you in the future from looking like a complete banana, again.
