Received it through the mail about 2 years before he was elected to office. It is in a fine tipped gold paint pen and I can detect 7 distinct pressure points throughout and some changes in thichness of the ink. Does anyone have any examples of Cheney to compare?

It is nice to know these are real. I have recently found out several of my TTM items were most likely secretarials and it would have really been disappointing if these had been.
