Did your order confirmation from HMV state the signed art card? I just noticed mine didn't.

It didn’t, but, as per my usual workflow, I took a screenshot of the original order page, which showed the advance mockup artwork with the signatures on it. I’ve never had to call out a major retailer like HMV for sending me an unsigned item, but I like to be prepared for every eventuality.

Me too on B&N with the Rod Stewart CD.

I just cancelled my pre-order for the Darius Rucker book from B&N and placed it for basically the same price with BAM. If they screw me on one order I'll drop them from an open pre-order somewhere else out of principle.

Oh well-It probably would've been one of the Rod X ones anyway!
